Fieldfares are classified as migrating birds and they are knowh for their beautiful singing. Their lengths vary between 20 - 30 centimetres, and weights between 70 - 90 grams. Their beaks are strong. They eat the fruits of juniper trees, and therefore they help juniper trees to grow and expand. They live 20 - 25 years in average.
